ESACOL® ED MAX by Lamberti is a pseudoplastic, natural associative thickener. It is hydrophobically modified poly-galactomannan derivative with delayed solubility and characterized by a homogenous chemical modification of the natural polymer backbone. It has been specifically designed to minimize roller spattering during application.
- It offers a strong thickening efficiency, with a strong viscosity build-up in the medium shear rate range, good water retention, good levelling/sag resistance balance and high in-can stability.
- It is used in interior and exterior waterborne paints.
- It exhibits a strong pigment compatibility with the most widespread colorants.
- The recommended dosage level is 0.3 to 1.0% of total composition.
- ESACOL® ED MAX has shelf life of 12 months.
