DISPARLON® AQ-607 by Kusumoto Chemicals is Polyamide-based thixotrope. Prevents hard caking by minimizing pigment settling. Interacts with resin and pigments to form a network structure, that prevents sagging and settling. Possesses very good humidity resistance and highly shear thinning properties. Has orientation of metallic and pearlescent pigments. DISPARLON® AQ-607 is used in aqueous wood coatings to prevent settling of flattening pigments. Addition level is 1-4% by weight on total formulation.
