Flexipol™ MBS-35

Flexipol™ MBS-35 by Innovative Chemical Technologies is a formaldehyde-free blocked isocyanate (BI) latent cross-linking agent and adhesion promoter in industrial coating applications. It is designed to unblock at specific curing temperatures to react fully with other functional co-binders in coating formulations. It improves durability of DWR and soil release finishes for textiles. Exhibits improved resistance to chemical and environmental attack. It performs well in coatings which require heat curing cycle, including applications such as electrostatic spraying, curtain & coil coating, electrodeposition and other manufacturing techniques. Recommended dosage level is approx. 20% of the soil release or DWR agent pad-bath charge or 10-20% of the pad solution. Flexipol™ MBS-35 has a shelf life of 12 months.
