Flexipol™ DMP-20

Flexipol™ DMP-20 by Innovative Chemical Technologies is an aqueous, blocked isocyanate (BI) latent cross-linking agent and adhesion promoter in industrial coating applications. It is designed to unblock at specific curing temperatures to react fully with other functional co-binders in coating formulations. It improves durability of DWR and soil release finishes for textiles. Applications include surface coatings, aqueous water-repellent garment, textile and leather finishes, composites. Other applications include electrostatic spraying, curtain and coil coating, electrodeposition and other manufacturing techniques employing a heat curing cycle. Recommended dosage level is approx. 20% of the soil release or DWR agent pad-bath charge or 10-20% of the pad solution. Flexipol™ DMP-20 has a shelf life of 12 months.
