Evotherm™ J1

Evotherm™ J1 by Ingevity is an innovative warm mix asphalt technology. It includes additives to improve coating and workability, surfactants to enhance aggregate-binder adhesion, agents to promote workability and compaction. Can be added at the asphalt terminal or at the mix plant and is useful for producing warm mix asphalt based on all common formulation ingredients, including modified and unmodified asphalt binders, asphalt rubber, silicate as well as calcareous aggregates, RAP materials. It is highly efficient low temperature mixing with wide-ranging mineral aggregates and RAP. Increased RAP contents without exceeding binder grade specification. Offers 100% coating with coarse and fine aggregate for dense-, open-, gap-graded applications. Reduces the fuel consumption and stack emissions by up to 50%.
