Capa® 4101 by Ingevity is a tetra-functional polyol terminated with primary hydroxyl groups. It is particularly suitable for producing high-solids coatings that require both flexibility and high cross-linking density. Capa® 4101 improves appearance and lightfastness in two component (2K) coatings. When blended with other resins, the aliphatic backbones of Capa polymers support an increase in gloss and resistance to discoloration over time.
