Supreme™

Supreme™ by Imerys is a fine, platy-hydrous, highly-refined kaolin. It acts as a premium opacifying and thickening extender for decorative paints. It exhibits high brightness and ultrafine particle size to give optimal spacing of titanium dioxide particles, saving up to 15% of TiO₂. This low shear thickening effect enables formulators to reduce thickener requirement and to improve settling properties and sag resistance. It offers reduced formulation costs, outstanding opacity and good color properties. Supreme™ is suitable for high quality matt- and high gel strength paint formulations.
