- It offers excellent binding properties with superior viscosity modification.
- It can be dry blended with other solids before water addition.
- It is a shear-thinning polymer that enhances lubricity and film formation while maintaining high surface tension and reduced foam formation.
- It is also compatible with most hydrocolloids.
