METHOCEL™ J75MS by IFF's Nutrition & Biosciences is a non-ionic, surface-treated hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC)-based thickener with a high substitution level. The product offers delayed and high viscosity build-up for industrial and consumer formulations. It acts as a good binder for organic and inorganic. It improves adhesion, spreadability, homogeneity, rheology control and a wide range of pH stability. It is cross-linkable for high retentive gels, possesses low salt level toleration and water-binding properties. It shows elastic to brittle viscosity builder. METHOCEL™ J75MS enhances workability and water retention in water and solvent-based systems. It provides high-efficiency film formation in coatings and inks.
