METHOCEL™ E6 Premium LV by IFF's Nutrition & Biosciences is a very low viscosity, water-soluble thickener with fewer impurities. It is based on high purity and non-ionic hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) polymer. It provides protective colloid and pigment suspension aid. It exhibits outstanding film properties such as high tensile, strength and elongation. It is used in inks and enhances workability and water retention for construction coatings. It shows improved adhesion, spreadability, advanced rheology control and homogeneity. It offers gelation, reversible gelation with heating, a wide range of pH stability and water-binding properties. METHOCEL™ E6 Premium LV is compliant with US, JP, EUR Pharmacopeia and U.S. FDA GRAS.
