Lattice® NTC-50 by IFF's Nutrition & Biosciences acts as a rheology modifier, stabilizer, suspending- and thixotropic agent. It is a microcrystalline cellulose and carboxymethyl cellulose (MCC/CMC) colloidal grade. It ensures consistent performance and provides excellent freeze/thaw stability, extended shelf life, and compatibility across a wide pH range. It is safe and used as a green alternative to non-renewable chemicals. It is suitable for suspension concentrates and water-based formulations.
  • It forms an insoluble 3-dimensional network after activation with shear, entrapping formulation components and stabilizing emulsions and suspensions.
  • The resulting mixture is temperature resistant and stable in both very high and very low temperatures.
  • It improves the leveling, sagging and homogeneity of paints, coatings and inks.
  • In combination with METHOCEL™, it may protect and improve AI potency and prevent crystal growth formation.
  • Lattice® NTC-50 is aflatoxin-, allergen-, artificial flavor-, BSE/TSE-, dioxin-, GMO-, irradiation-, latex-, odor- and pesticide-free.
  • It is not tested on animals and is not listed in California Proposition 65.
  • It is non-GMO, non-toxic, Halal and Kosher certified.
  • The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.5%.
