Lattice® NTC-100

Lattice® NTC-100 by IFF's Nutrition & Biosciences acts as a rheology modifier, stabilizer, suspending- and thixotropic agent. It is a microcrystalline cellulose and carboxymethyl cellulose (MCC/CMC) colloidal grade. It improves the leveling, sagging and homogeneity of formulations. It is safe and used as a green alternative to non-renewable chemicals.

• It forms an insoluble 3-dimensional network after activation with high shear, entrapping formulation components and stabilizing emulsions and suspensions.
• The resulting mixture is temperature resistant and stable in both very high and very low temperatures.
• In combination with METHOCEL™, it may protect and improve AI potency and prevent crystal growth formation.
• Lattice® NTC-100 is suitable for water-based paints, coatings and inks.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.5%.
