POLYOX™ WSR 308

POLYOX™ WSR 308 by IFF is a polyethylene oxide thickener, rheology modifier and lubricant. It is a water-soluble resin with high-molecular weight.

• It offers strong resistance to oils and greases and serves as effective binders for both organic and inorganic substances.
• It exhibits low toxicity, non-irritant characteristics and poor absorption.
• Its viscoelastic properties helps reduce drifting, misting, and splattering.
• POLYOX™ WSR 308 is suitable for readily extruded and heat sealable thermoplastic.
• Its cross-linkable nature allows for the formation of high-retentive gels, while its high wet tack ensures easy dry release.
• Its material is compatible with certain organic solvents and provides excellent thickening with high viscosity, maintaining stability over a wide pH range.
