TARGON® 19 by ICL is a setting retarder composed of sodium monofluorophosphate (Na2PO3F). It is used for cement-based products especially to get a steady consistency of the mortar during the application and the first hours until the begin of setting. The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.3%, related to bonding agent. TARGON® 19 has a shelf life of 3 years.
