POLYRON® N new by ICL is low dust, high capacity dispersing agent. It is designed for binding calcium and other heavy metal ions with rapid viscosity reduction during the dispersion process. It is based on medium-chain length sodium polyphosphate. It is suitable for water-based paints and plasters.
- It shows good water softening properties compared to other inorganic dispersing agents.
- It deflocculates pigments and fillers in aqueous suspensions with high solid contents of emulsion paints.
- POLYRON® N new improves storage stability when applied in combination with polyacrylates like LOPON® 89.
- It provides extended prevention of sedimentation, reduction of water hardness and rapid achievement of optimal particle size.
- It is an agglomerated product for dust-free processing.
- Recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.15%.
- It has a shelf life of 3 years.
