Technical datasheet

POLYRON® 322

Supplied byICL- Last Updated on Apr 19, 2023

POLYRON® 322 by ICL is a dispersing agent for emulsion paints and plasters. It can be used as a flame retardant in printing inks and improves the cross-linking of the intumescent layer. It is a high-capacity powder designed for binding calcium and other metal ions with rapid viscosity reduction during the dispersion process.
  • It offers improved storage stability when applied in combination with polyacrylates like LOPON® DA 200.
  • Due to its dispersing action, optimal particle size is rapidly achieved.
  • POLYRON® 322 slows down sedimentation and reduces water hardness.
  • It deflocculates pigments & fillers in aqueous suspensions and helps in achieving high solid contents of emulsion paints with low viscosity.
  • The recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.15%.
  • It has a shelf life of 3 years.
