RoyOxy® RAR 1001 by Huntsman is unmodified bisphenol A based “type 1” epoxy resin. It is supplied as a solid mass because of its relatively low softening point. It exhibits low molecular weight. RoyOxy® RAR 1001 is recommended for use in ambient cured, solvent-based coatings, paints and other general purpose applications.
