Methyl ethyl ketoxime (D-50)

Methylethylketoxime. D-50 acts as an anti-skinning agent, oxidant and a viscosity stabilizer in solvent-based coatings. It exhibits strong complexation effect on metal ions. It can react with HCl and sulfuric acid releasing butanone. High-purity products can be used in the synthesis of organ silicon cross linking agent and silicone curing agent. It shows solubility in water, ethanol, ether, rosin and methanol. Used in alkyd, epoxy resin and polyurethane based coatings as-well.
