Escorene™ Ultra FL 00714 by ExxonMobil Chemical is an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer stabilised with a thermal stabilizer. It offers excellent heat sealing characteristics and excellent optical properties. Processing temperatures above 250°C (482°F) may cause resin degradation. Escorene™ Ultra FL 00714 should be fed into the extruder after LDPE of a similar or higher melt index. Machines should always be purged with LDPE or a suitable cleaning compound before shutdown. Escorene™ Ultra FL 00714 is suitable for extrusion coating and coextrusion coating applications.
