Escor™ 6000 by ExxonMobil Chemical is an ethylene acrylic acid copolymer. Escor™ 6000 is primarily intended for extrusion coating and coextrusion coating. It is the high draw down version of Escor™ 5000. It is possible to achieve very low coating weight at high line speed with Escor™ 6000. Provides very good adhesion to polar substrates, aluminum foil, metallized films, papers, iron, steel and glass. Offers excellent balance of adhesion onto the substrates and interlayer adhesion with coextruded LDPE and EVA's.
