AMICURE® IC-322

AMICURE® IC-322 by Evonik is an amine curing agent designed to cure with standard HDI trimer. It exhibits good water-, chemical-, stain-, impact- and abrasion resistance. It offers fast and low temperature cure of aliphatic isocyanates and aliphatic polyurea. It imparts thick films, toughness, flexibility, fast return to service, UV (ultraviolet) stability and durability. It provides good adhesion to concrete substrates (both dry and damp) and good recoatability. It is capable of showing low gloss finish which can be obtained by adding specialized matting agent in formulation. It is especially developed for polyisocyanate resin. It is used in environment friendly, low VOC and low odor polycarbamide based commercial and industrial floorings. It is designed for high gloss and satin finish coatings as well as clear and pigmented topcoats. Its recommended use level is 185-195 phr with HDI Trimer, 22 wt% NCO, ca. 2,500 mPa-s at 25°C. AMICURE® IC-322 has a shelf life of 18 months.
