RayCryl® 1850 by EPS is a self-crosslinking, anionic acrylic emulsion polymer (100%). It is an excellent foamer and exhibits medium flexible free film with excellent strength. It shows good compatibility with melamine to enhance durability. It provides outstanding pigment compatibility and pigment binding capacity that can be used in deep color applications. It accepts high filler loading and offers outstanding UV resistance & film clarity. RayCryl® 1850 is designed for textile applications such as foam-, pad-, spray-, knife- and roller coatings. It is also suitable for screen printing.
