RHEOLATE CVS® FX 1080 by Elementis is a hydrophobic polyether urethane polymer in a mixture of solvents. Acts as a thickening agent. Improves anti-settling and sag resistance by increasing mid and low shear viscosity. Available as a very low VOC, high efficiency, high active content clear liquid. Totally compatible with standard latexes used in emulsion paints. Suitable for aqueous coatings, emulsion paints e.g. based on polyacrylic-, polyvinyl-acetate homopolymers and most terpolymers. Recommended for a wide range of paint formulations, from gloss to matt finishes. Complies with ISO 9001 / ISO 9002 certificates. RHEOLATE CVS® FX 1080 has a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture.
