ACRYSOL™ TT-935 by Dow is a hydrophobically modified, alkali-soluble, anionic
associative thickener for waterborne architectural coatings. It is low viscosity liquid free of APEO, BSE and GMO. It can be used to build viscosity in the low, medium, and high-shear range as an alternative to cellulosic thickeners. It offers better film build, better leveling, and easier incorporation into coatings than cellulosic thickeners.
- It offers broad formulation latitude, excellent spatter resistance with broad latex compatibility.
- It is ideal for low VOC formulations and suitable over wide pH range.
- It can be used as either a primary or cothickener in water based coatings.
- ACRYSOL™ TT-935 provides resistance to microbiological degradation and excellent resistance to roller spattering.
