Silaplane™ FM-0425

Silaplane™ FM-0425 distributed by DKSH is a mono-terminal reactive siloxane dispersant agent. It offers good adsorption to the filler surface. It shows narrow polydispersity and mold release property. It is water and oil repellent grade. It exhibits high affinity for silicone binder resin. It has low level of chemical impurities.

• It possesses gas permeability (Oxygen, CO₂ and CH₄).
• Resin modification is done by reacting with polymers or monomers and incorporating them into resin.
• It is mixed with fillers and binder resins such as silicone, uniform filler to obtain dispersion liquids.
• It is used in hydrogel contact lenses and functional paints.
• It is reactive toward a variety of compounds and surfaces enabling chemical and physical changes.
