3M™ W-210 Ceramic Microspheres distributed by DKSH is a unique, semi-transparent, white colored, fine particle size, high strength microsphere filler. It is used to reduce VOC levels, increase filler loadings and improve hardness. It offers scrub-, burnish- and sag-resistance for longevity and improved paint performance.
- It is UV transparent down to 250 nm and have utility in radiation-curable and thin-film powder coatings.
- It allows improved viscosity control, increase solids and reduce resin demand while maintaining desired properties.
- It enhances packing and higher filler loading to help reduce costs.
- It may allow formulations with lower volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
