Impraperm® DL 5249 by Covestro is an anionic aliphatic polyester-polyurethane dispersion. It is supplied as low-viscosity dispersion in water with a solids content of ~32%. It offers good adhesion, high water vapor permeability and high lightfastness. Impraperm® DL 5249 is suitable for the formulation of windproof and waterproof yet water vapor permeable textile coatings for use in outerwear, weatherproof clothing, sportswear and liner materials. Its recommended storage temperature is 5-30°C. It has a shelf life of six months.
