Dispersogen® PLF 100

Dispersogen® PLF 100 by Clariant is a low-VOC, APEO/NPEO-free, solvent-free, polymeric dispersing and wetting agent for waterborne pigment concentrates and industrial coatings. It leads to good viscosity reduction, low foaming during pigment paste fabrication, excellent color strengths and storage stabilities.

• It displays low leaching and reduced blocking.
• This biocide-free product is compatible with acrylic binder and PU.
• The recommended dosage for organic pigment is 8-30 wt%, carbon black is 20-70 wt% and inorganic pigment is 5-8 wt%.
• The shelf life of Dispersogen® PLF 100 is 2 years.
• It complies with criteria of the European Ecoflower, the German Blue Angel and the Scandinavian Nordic Swan.
