SILCO® GA 2550 by CHT Group is a high performance, non-ionic, silicone-free wetting, leveling and dispersing agent. It exhibits low foaming, good substrate wetting, strong reduction of surface tension and pigment wetting. It is highly effective, APEO-, VOC-, biocide- and mineral oil-free additive. It is broadly compatible with water-based binder systems in alkaline medium.
- It complies with direct and indirect food contact applications.
- It is recommended for high-gloss formulations, foil coating, water-based system, printing inks, overprint varnishes and pigment preparation.
- The recommended usage level is 0.5-2% calculated on the total formulation.
- SILCO® GA 2550 has a shelf life of 18 months.
