SILCO® CT 1008 by CHT Group is an anionic, high performance leveling, wetting and dispersing agent. It exhibits good water resistance, excellent color strength development, and storage stability for pigment concentrates. It is a compound of organo-modified phosphoric acid esters in water and polyalkylene glycol. It is highly effective APEO-, biocide- and mineral oil-free additive. It offers high compatibility, pigment stability and reduces syneresis.
- It is broadly compatible with water-based binder systems in alkaline medium.
- SILCO® CT 1008 is designed for milling goods, metal treatment, pigment pastes, water-based seed-, wood- and industrial coatings.
- The recommended dosage is 10-35% for inorganic pigments, 10-25% for organic pigments and 8-15% for titanium dioxide calculated on the total pigment weight.
- It has a shelf life of 18 months.
