Phthalocyanine Blue. ChromaPlus Phthalo Blue is a machine dispensable ethylene glycol-free binder. It's color shade, strength and volumetric accuracy are stringently controlled. Exhibits excellent compatibility in latex and alkyd paints. Used in in-plant and point-of sale tinting of both water and alkyd-based architectural paints.
