Ateva® 2020 by Celanese is an ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer emulsion (20% VA). It is commonly used for extrusion coating applications. This polymer may be processed on conventional extrusion equipment. Ateva® 2020 by Celanese is recommended that the melt temperature be kept below 210°C as decomposition can occur at higher temperatures.
