Oxi-Cure® 100 Reactive Diluent by Cargill is a rapid dry ester-based reactive diluent that can be used to create low VOC solutions. It is highly reactive and has relatively low viscosity. Recommended for coating applications including oil-modified urethanes, exterior wood finishes and alkyd resins.
