DISPERBYK® -2163 TF by BYK is a tin- and aromatic-free wetting and dispersing agent. It deflocculates and stabilizes pigments thus prevents flooding and floating in pigment blends. It imparts increased gloss, color strength, transparency or hiding power, and reduced viscosity. DISPERBYK® -2163 TF is designed for solvent-borne coatings and pigment concentrates. Its recommended dosage level for inorganic pigment is 15-20%, titanium dioxide is 4-5%, organic pigment is 30-60% and carbon black is 80-100%. It has a shelf life of 36 months.
