DISPERBYK® -2009 by BYK is a solution of a structured acrylic copolymer. Acts as a wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-free, radiation curable printing inks. Before adding pigments, the additive must be mixed into the millbase for optimal performance. DISPERBYK® -2009 is suitable for formulating pigment concentrates. Recommended dosage level is 5-6% for titanium oxide, 10-20% for organic pigment and 10-20% for carbon black. It has a shelf life of 36 months.
