ASKOCOAT™ 420 by ASK Chemicals is a modified phenolic resin formulated with natural oil. Designed for 2K PU controlled release fertilizer coatings. Offers high efficiency, good mechanical properties and heat resistance. It can be added with catalyst 704 to provide fast and efficient process. The typical curing time for one layer is only 2 minutes to be tack free. The release time can be adjusted from 2 to 24 months. The minimum shelf life of ASKOCOAT™ 420 is 6 months.
