Natrosol™ 250 MHR by Ashland acts as a non-ionic thickener, water retention aid and rheology modifier. It is a high efficiency, water-soluble hydroxyethylcellulose surface-treated with glyoxal. It can also be used as a protective colloid, stabilizer and suspending agent.
- This grade offers very good pseudoplastic flow behavior and wide compatibility with other materials such as emulsion polymers, natural and synthetic gums, emulsifiers, defoamers, pigments, surfactants and preservatives.
