Natrosol™ 250 HHBR

Natrosol™ 250 HHBR by Ashland is a hydroxyethylcellulose surface-treated with glyoxal. Used as a non-ionic, water-soluble, high efficiency thickener, water retention aid and rheology modifier in all types of water-based paints & surface coatings.

• Provides very good color acceptance, color development and viscosity retention on tinting.
• Exhibits mechanical & chemical stability, controls rheology before, during and after application.
• It can be used as a protective colloid, stabilizer and suspending agent.
• Offers very good pseudoplastic flow behavior, wide compatibility with other materials such as emulsion polymers, natural & synthetic gums, emulsifiers, defoamers, pigments, surfactants and preservatives.
• Natrosol™ 250 HHBR shows fast dispersion and easier dissolving in water.
