Dextrol™ OC-6025 by Ashland is an APEO-free ammonium salt of phosphate ester (6 moles). Acts as a dispersing agent and surfactant. It is hydrophilic. Dextrol™ OC-6025 improves gloss, flow and wetting, color acceptance and water sensitivity. Recommended for waterborne latex paints.
