Dextrol™ OC-180 by Ashland is an APEO-free, hydrophilic potassium salt of phosphate ester. It acts as a dispersing agent and surfactant. It improves gloss, flow and wetting, color acceptance and water sensitivity. Dextrol™ OC-180 is recommended for water-borne latex paints.
