DURANOL™ T5652 by Asahi Kasei is a soft, liquid polycarbonatediol (PCD). Compatibile with polyester polyols. It is amorphous and possesses stress at a low strain is smaller than that of solid type PCD. Offers excellent durability and good hydrolysis resistance. Provides excellent scratch and weather resistance in high function polyurethane. DURANOL™ T5652 is designed for paints applications. Provides a softer feeling as a binder of a soft feel paint, excellent handling property and solvent solubility.
