Vocafil-FD by Arichemie is an aqueous pigment preparation designed for coloring viscose. It is a water-based formulation that is free of binders.
- It uses non-ionic auxiliaries free from APEO (alkylphenol ethoxylates) additives and is preserved with a system that is free from MIT and zinc pyrithione.
- It is available in both organic and inorganic pigments, offering varying levels of fastness, such as light, weather, and alkali.
- It offers optimal pigment concentration, excellent storage stability, reproducible color consistency and the flexibility for monopigmented or customized shade adjustments.
- It is suitable for the specific requirements in alkaline and acidic media.
- It features pot preservation that does not require classification or labeling as a sensitizer under CLP Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
- Vocafil-FD uses raw materials suitable for food contact applications.
- It is ideal for use in viscose casings, viscose spun fibers, printing ink and textile coating applications.
- It is compliant with direct and indirect food contact requirements as per BfR IX, XIV, and XXXVI, EU Regulation 10/2011, and Swiss Ordinance Annex 10.
- It contains only pigments and additives that are listed in FDA 21 CFR §178.3297 (Colorants for Polymers) and §§176.170 or 176.180 (Components of Paper and Paperboard).
