VISCOPOL™ ECO 5060

VISCOPOL™ ECO 5060 by allnex is a fine particle size, moderately hard, APEO free, pure acrylic emulsion. It minimizes formaldehyde levels by elimination of raw materials which can generate formaldehyde during processing.

• It is used for both interior and exterior applications where a high degree of durability can be expected with low levels of dirt pick up coupled with excellent water, abrasion and alkali resistance.
• It offers dirt pick up resistance (DPUR) due to the higher Tg (glass transition temperature).
• Gloss paints based on VISCOPOL™ ECO 5060 can be formulated to achieve gloss levels of 80% or higher at 60°C.
• It is used in water based decorative concrete paints.
• Its recommended usage level is 16.5-18.5% based on polymer solids.
• It has a shelf life of 6 months at 100°F.
