HETRON® FR992HTPSB by allnex is a thixotropic, promoted flame retardant epoxy vinyl ester resin. Offers excellent physical strength, and much better impact and thermal shock resistance than polyester resins. It contains antimony and is a low viscosity, no foaming resin with good exotherm control. Suitable for flake-glass or fiber glass reinforced linings, coatings and monolithic toppings on tanks, vats, floors and troughs. Exhibits excellent chemical and corrosion resistance, excellent impact strength and high tensile elongation. Provides excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, hypochlorites and many solvents. HETRON® FR992HTPSB has a shelf life of 3 months.
