EBECRYL® 119 by allnex is a light color, low VOC, low viscosity, trifunctional monomer with bio-derived content. It polymerizes when exposed to a source of free radicals. It is an effective diluent compatible with a wide range of acrylated resins used in radiation curing applications.
- It contains no residual TMPTA, as the base material does not include any TMP-based products.
- UV/EB cured products based on EBECRYL® 119 exhibit high reactivity, high crosslink density, gloss, hardness, chemical- and wear resistance.
- It provides cure response and solvent- & abrasion resistance equal to TMPTA.
- It is used in overprint varnishes, inks and coatings.
- It has a shelf life of 2 years.
