ADDITOL® XL 6592 by allnex is a dispersing agent for all paint systems with sensitive cure mechanism. It is suitable for solvent-free and low VOC formulations. It stabilizes primary pigment particles by steric stabilization as well as electrostatic repulsion.
- It offers high pigment loading, gloss improvement, color stabilization, anti-floating (rub-out) and anti-sedimentation effect.
- This extreme hydrophobic polymer allows improved corrosion-, water-, humidity- and weather resistances.
- It is recommended for ACURE® technology, 2 pack epoxy resins, high solid acrylic resins and melamine cured high bake systems.
- The recommended dosage level to be added is 0.8-4.0% for inorganic pigments or extenders and 4.0-24% for organic pigments.
- It is suitable for radiation curing and all kind of industrial coating systems including UV cured topcoat and printing inks.
- The shelf life of ADDITOL® XL 6592 is 730 days.
