ADDITOL® LED 01 by allnex is mercapto-modified polyester acrylate resin. It is added as co-resin to UV curable formulations, in order to transform them into UV LED curable systems. It is used to increase the surface cure of a formulation. It is compatible with urethane acrylates, polyesters and epoxy acrylates. This grade is also compatible with acidic additives like adhesion promoters. It is designed for use in packaging coatings and inks. ADDITOL® LED 01 can also be used for reduction of oxygen inhibition in UV/EB curable systems, when cured with standard medium pressure HG lamps. Its shelf life is 1 year.
