PurelyForm™ XG Tech DT by ADM is a xanthan gum-based thickener and rheology control agent. It is a standard, gluten-free, consistent, free-flowing, cost-effective and naturally derived hydrocolloid. It provides versatile functionality with high viscosity at low concentration. It offers unique flow behavior, instantaneous and reversible shear-thinning. It improves stability, flow & cling, clarity & dispersion in their products and allows for faster hydration. It exhibits high resistance to the effects of heat, pH, enzymes and ionic strength. It is applicable in the formulation of paints & coatings. It complies with Kosher, Halal, FSSC & GFSI, SEDEX, ISO 9001:2008), HACCP, PCQI and C-TPAT Certified. It is listed with EU, clean label, organic compliant, FSMA regulated and approved for food & beverage use. PurelyForm™ XG Tech DT has a shelf life of 3 years.
