IPEMA by Kuraray is a nitrogen- & sulfur-free, multifunctional crosslinking agent, UV curing accelerator and reactive diluent. It is a highly stable and environment-friendly grade with low toxicity & irritation. It offers excellent finish & gloss, durability, color retention and weatherability with no yellowing effect.

• It possesses low viscosity, low curling and high functionality.
• It provides flexibility, hardness & high elongation, and avoids micro-cracks, fading & chipping.

EPOCROS™ WS-700 by Nippon Shokubai is a VOC-free adhesion promoter and a waterborne crosslinker based on acrylic, high oxazoline functionalized reactive copolymer. The new crosslinking technology enhances the reactivity between oxazoline groups and carboxy groups through a heating and mixing process involving EPOCROS™ WS and a carboxy group-containing emulsion with a specific neutralization rate.

• It offers lower curing temperature, excellent storage stability, no peeling and long pot life for one packaging.
• It provides film properties, low toxicity, fast drying and improved water- & heat resistance.
• EPOCROS™ WS-700 allows crosslinking reaction at low temperature (80-120°C) and without any by-product.
• It exhibits high reactivity and performance expression with even small addition.
• It offers excellent adhesion to polyethylene terephthalate (PET), oriented polypropylene (OPP) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
• Recommended for coatings (metals, films, paper, plastics, leather), primer (film, plastics, building materials, automobiles, PVB inks), paints, inks and pigment printing.

CASAMID® 1416 by Thomas Swan acts as a gloss reducing curing agent and reactive matting agent. It is designed for use in interior coatings as well as black & dark shade epoxy- & hybrid powder coatings.

• It offers good flow and surface smoothness to the coatings.
• Epoxy coatings with gloss levels ranging from 5-15% and hybrid coatings with gloss levels ranging from 15-60% (or greater) can be easily formulated using CASAMID® 1416.
• The recommended dosage level is 8-12 phr.
• It has a shelf life of 12 months.

WANNATE® HT-400 by Wanhua Chemical is a low-viscosity reactive thinner and hardener component for aqueous- and lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings. In moisture-curing one-component polyurethane systems, it can be used as single binder or combined with other polyisocyanate mixture.

• It can be combined with WANNATE® HT-100, HT-600, and IT-170B.
• WANNATE® HT-400 shows compatibility with aliphatic- and aromatic polyisocyanates, polyester polyols and polyacrylates such as hydroxy polyacrylate.

Borchi® OXY-Coat 1101 by Borchers (Milliken) is a VOC- and cobalt-free curing agent and metal-based catalyst ideal for water-based alkyd coatings. It can improve drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers. It is based on a unique, patented, highly active iron complex. It is suitable for all coatings with binders that dry by oxidation.

• It provides brighter whites and lower yellow tones.
• It offers improved adhesion in direct-to-metal applications.
• It can be used in coatings for adverse weather conditions.
• Applications include wood-, industrial-, and architectural coatings, as well as printing inks.
• Borchi® OXY-Coat 1101 is APEO-free and complies with Proposition 65, REACH, environmental labels "Blue Angel" (RAL-UZ 12a) and "EU Ecolabel"(Regulation (EC) No. 66/2010, Commission Decision 2014/312/EU).
• Recommended dosage level is 0.25-2%.

CASAMID® 1457 by Thomas Swan acts as a gloss reducing curing agent and reactive matting agent. It is developed and optimized for use in mid to pale shade hybrid powder coatings, containing >10% titanium dioxide.

• It offers good flow and surface smoothness to the coatings.
• Coatings with gloss levels ranging from 15-60% or greater can easily be formulated by using CASAMID® 1457.
• The recommended dosage level is 8-12 phr based on excess epoxy content.
• It has a shelf life of 12 months.

Matt Hardener HC68 distributed by DKSH is a matting- and curing-agent. It utilizes the two different reaction rates of group in molecular structure, and during the curing process, it generates nonuniform shrinkage then forms the matt surface.

• It is a composed salt of cyclic-amidine and multi-acid.
• It shows both gloss decreasing and curing functions and can be applied in epoxy powder system to generate the strong matte effect, excellent levelling performance and stable comprehensive properties.
• It is recommended for use in pure epoxy and epoxy/polyester hybrid powder system and coatings as a hardner.
• It has high melting point and offers excellent mechanical properties and good reproducibility characteristics.
• The shelf life of the product is 1 year.
• Matt Hardener HC68 is available in France, Indonesia, Portugal, Spain and Sri Lanka.

DURANATE™ TPA-100 distributed by DKSH is a high-performance aliphatic polyisocyanate hardener designed to enhance the durability and longevity. It is made from toluene diisocyanate (TDI). It offers superior adhesion, excellent weather resistance, and improved gloss retention.

• It provides high NCO content, lower viscosity, good coating film appearance and low residual monomer.
• DURANATE™ TPA-100 is suitable for two-component applications, including plastic coatings, automotive refinishes, industrial, automobile and motorcycle base coats and top coats, as well as heavy-duty coatings.
• It is available in Canada.

CASAMID® 1432 by Thomas Swan is an economical, gloss reducing curing agent and reactive matting agent. It is designed for use in interior coatings as well as dark colored powder coatings based on pure epoxy or epoxy modified with hydroxyl terminated polyester.

• It offers dead matt finish and ultra-low gloss levels together with a smooth surface & high impact resistance.
• By appropriate formulation, epoxy coatings with gloss levels below 5% & impact resistance of 150-160 inch pounds can easily be obtained.
• CASAMID® 1432 is also used to reduce gloss of hybrid coatings where the polyester content of the binder is <20%.
• The recommended dosage level is 8-12 phr.
• It has a shelf life of 12 months.

ADDITOL® P 965 by allnex is an aromatic urethane adduct crosslinking agent for hydroxylated polyester resins. It is suitable for the manufacturing of polyurethane powder coatings. The recommended shelf life of ADDITOL® P 965 is 24 months under normal storage conditions (<25°C).
