Toyo Ink revises prices of oil-based offset, UV-curable & screen inks

Formulators and procurement professionals sourcing oil-based offset inks, UV-curable inks, and screen inks should note that Toyo Ink Co., Ltd., part of the artience group, has decided to revise prices across these product categories.

The revision is attributed to tightening supply and demand conditions for raw materials, specifically solvents and resins based on crude oil and naphtha. According to Toyo Ink, the destabilization of the situation in the Middle East has led to restrictions on the procurement of these materials. The company states that the resulting price increases exceed the range that can be absorbed through internal efforts alone.

Toyo Ink states that it will continue internal efforts and prioritize the stable supply of products.
